Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fes 2026's organizers have revealed new program details, following TBM's earlier coverage confirming the event's October 30-November 1 dates and its September 4 ticket sale start.

Special guest Enako, making her first appearance at the event in seven years, will cosplay as Haruhi Suzumiya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya on October 31 (Saturday).

What's actually happening on the ground

The main stage at Naka-Ikebukuro Park will host the "Niconico Cosplay Collection," a runway-style program where attendees can walk in their cosplay, alongside a family-oriented "Halloween for Parents and Children" program.

On Ikebukuro's main street, organizers will set up a temporary pedestrian zone for the "Ike-Haro Cosplay Parade," featuring approximately 400 cosplayers marching through the district.
