Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fes 2026 runs October 30 (Friday) through November 1 (Sunday). October 30 is a special evening session, "Ike-Haro Night," from 16:30 to 22:30, while October 31 (Halloween itself) and November 1 run as full daytime events from 10:00 to 18:00.
