15 years of MAPPA, in one exhibition

MAPPA, the animation studio behind some of the most-watched anime of the past decade, marks its 15th anniversary with "MAPPA EXPO 15th Anniversary," opening September 16, 2026 at Yurakucho Museum inside Tokyo International Forum's B1F. The show runs through December 7, split into two ticketed periods (Sept 16-Oct 25 and Oct 28-Dec 7).

The exhibition draws from 23 MAPPA-produced works, including Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, and Attack on Titan, with original animation drawings, production materials, immersive installations, and life-size character figures on display.

How to visit

Hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with last admission at 5:00 PM. Tickets are sold exclusively as timed-entry slots (every 30 minutes) through Lawson Ticket, with standard adult pricing reported at 2,000 yen in advance / 2,200 yen on the day.

A single exhibition spanning three of the biggest modern shonen franchises — all produced by the same studio — gives fans of any one series a reason to discover the others, and the timed-entry ticketing means a manageable, non-chaotic visit even for a popular show.

Yurakucho, sitting between Ginza and Tokyo Station, is a less fandom-associated part of central Tokyo than Akihabara or Ikebukuro, making this exhibition a good excuse to explore a new part of the city for anime tourism.
