JapanFest Atlanta is bringing "Timeless Japan" back to Georgia this September — a weekend built to hold traditional performance and contemporary pop culture side by side.

JapanFest Atlanta 2026 runs September 19–20 at Gas South Convention Center in Duluth, Georgia.

What's Happening

Traditional programming includes rakugo storytelling by Katsura Sunshine, taiko, shamisen, and Japanese classical dance, alongside martial arts demonstrations and hands-on craft workshops.

Contemporary programming brings J-pop performances, Japanese food, technology and interactive experiences, plus exhibits from Japanese businesses based in Georgia.
