TOFROM YAESU TOWER, a large-scale mixed-use complex directly connected to Tokyo Station in Chuo Ward's Yaesu 1-chome, opens September 10, 2026. The tower rises approximately 250 meters across 51 floors above ground and 4 below, with a total floor area of roughly 225,000 square meters.

The tower's commercial zone, "TOFROM YAESU Shop & Restaurant," is built around a roughly 1,200-square-meter, three-level atrium and will eventually house 68 dining establishments blending Tokyo's culinary heritage with contemporary dining culture.

Not all 68 open at once: 55 stores within the tower itself open on September 10, primarily food and dining venues. The remaining stores — both inside the tower and in the adjacent TOFROM YAESU THE FRONT building — open sequentially from winter 2026 through spring 2027.

The Opening Festival

A "TOFROM YAESU TOWER Opening Festival" runs September 10-18, 2026. Confirmed programming includes "1万人とトフロムで乾杯！" ("Toasting with 10,000 People"), a free beverage event featuring craft drinks from across Japan; a rotating lineup of 27 DJs performing daily from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.; and a "Hinomachi Square" area featuring an illuminated tower structure. The festival also includes a loyalty rewards program and a raffle offering discount vouchers.
