Pokémon across two Tokyo districts

"Legend Research in Nihonbashi and Yaesu" runs from September 9 through November 29, 2026.

The walk-around event places Pokémon throughout the Nihonbashi and Yaesu districts. Nineteen Pokémon appear as statues, including Legendary Pokémon, while the wider collection of statues and decorations features more than 100 Pokémon in total.

The listed locations include Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, COREDO Muromachi 1, 2 and 3, COREDO Muromachi Terrace and Tokyo Midtown Yaesu.

Free displays and a paid puzzle route

Visitors can view the Pokémon statues and decorations free of charge. A separate puzzle-solving experience guides participants around the districts as they investigate the Legendary Pokémon.

The puzzle kit costs ¥3,300 including tax and must be purchased online. Participants collect it at the reception desk on the first floor of Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower. A smartphone or tablet with an internet connection is required for the puzzle.

Reception times

Puzzle reception runs from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, with final answer submissions accepted until 7:00 p.m.

On weekends and holidays, reception runs from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with final answer submissions accepted until 8:00 p.m.

The official FAQ estimates that the puzzle takes at least two hours, although walking speed, congestion and puzzle-solving time can change the total.

The event turns two central Tokyo districts into a large Pokémon discovery route. Fans can enjoy the free displays casually or choose the longer paid puzzle experience for a more structured city adventure.

Walk-around events use real neighbourhoods as part of the entertainment. They encourage visitors to move between commercial buildings, streets and public spaces, connecting a fictional world with the character of the city itself.
