Konami has locked in a release date for one of this year's most anticipated legacy game re-releases: Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 arrives August 27.

What's Included

The collection bundles Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (based on its HD Collection version), with Metal Gear: Ghost Babel included as bonus content. Notably, this marks MGS4's first-ever release outside of PlayStation hardware.

Platforms and Performance

Master Collection Vol. 2 launches across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. On PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Switch 2, the games target 60 FPS; the original Nintendo Switch version is capped at 30 FPS.
